Rscout
YOUR LAUNCH GUIDE

From your game to your first creator conversation.

1. Find creators for your game

Sign in with Google or a one-time email code. Add your studio and game during setup; you can edit them from the account menu. In Creators, choose game types, themes, mechanics or creator specialties. Multiple categories include creators matching any selection. Use a name or @handle for a specific creator. Platform, follower, email and sort filters refresh results automatically.

Category matches use reviewed saved-video evidence. Up to three confirmed Roblox creators whose category is still unknown can appear at the bottom of a category-results page. Catalogue tagging is in progress. A missing follower or view count means we have not collected that metric; a follower minimum will exclude unknown counts. Open the saved posts to assess the fit.

Click a creator card to see their profile and contact options. Save creators with Add to list, then select creators from a list or search results to create a campaign. Campaigns use three steps: Details, Creators and Message. Saving a campaign creates a draft and sends nothing.

2. Choose an available contact route

Email available: choose Email creator, then Unlock email. Opening the profile does not use a contact credit. Review the published source before using an address. One creator may have multiple contacts; an email may also represent a shared manager.

TikTok: copy your prepared message and choose Open TikTok to message. TikTok controls whether that creator accepts messages. Rscout cannot prefill or send their DM automatically.

YouTube without email: choose Open YouTube channel and check the channel description or About information. A business email may require Google sign-in and a verification step. YouTube has no creator DMs. Use a published website, manager email, Instagram or Discord route if one is available; Rscout does not invent missing contacts.

Find reusable email and DM copy in Templates. Copying a draft or opening a profile never sends it.

3. Connect your sending mailbox

A paid plan is required. Once Google review is complete, open Settings, choose Connect Gmail, and authorize the Gmail or Google Workspace account you want to send from. This can differ from your Rscout sign-in email. Rscout requests sending access and mailbox identity, without inbox-reading access.

Gmail campaign sending and self-test delivery are paused. You can prepare and edit drafts, but approval, queueing and sending remain unavailable. Connecting or checking a mailbox sends nothing. Replacing a mailbox clears prior batch approvals.

Disconnect and revoke access removes a customer mailbox connection. You can also revoke Rscout through Google account connections.

4. Understand your plan and credits

Billing shows your subscription and remaining contact, sending, AI and thumbnail allowances. Email unlocks and email attempts are different allowances. Previously unlocked contacts stay unlocked across renewals. Drafts and actions blocked before sending do not spend an email attempt.

Stripe hosts payment. After checkout, Rscout verifies the subscription with Stripe before granting paid access. If confirmation is delayed, use Refresh subscription rather than purchasing again. Manage subscription opens the billing portal for payment details, invoices, plan changes and cancellation. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends.

There are no automatic usage overages. Creator payments and ad spend are separate. All paid plans include thumbnail generation; you do not need your own AI account. Review plan allowances before subscribing.

5. Recipient permission comes before sending

A public email address, email unlock or sender approval is not permission to receive marketing. Each recipient must explicitly opt in to Roblox game collaboration and sponsorship emails from the named studio and sending mailbox.

In Outreach, create a permission link for your studio and sender. Share it through an appropriate existing channel; Rscout does not automatically email requests for permission. The recipient verifies the email address that will receive messages, reads the studio, sender and purpose, then selects an unchecked consent box and submits their choice. Signing in alone does not grant permission.

When sending becomes available, Rscout checks the recipient’s recorded permission at approval, queueing and immediately before sending. The record must match the current studio, sending mailbox, purpose and policy. Withdrawal, suppression or changed sender details can block a previously approved message. A draft or sender review cannot bypass these checks.

Campaign emails include a visible unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers for supporting email clients. The web link shows a confirmation page; opening it alone does not unsubscribe. Recipients can also sign in to manage their recorded choices.

Manage collaboration email choices

Withdrawing permission blocks future collaboration emails from that studio and stops its pending messages. Rscout retains permission and withdrawal records to document choices and prevent unwanted contact.

If sending resumes, mailbox pacing still limits attempts to 25 per rolling 24 hours, at least five minutes apart. Gmail acceptance does not establish delivery, an open or a reply. Replies and bounces are not read automatically. An uncertain send is held for review and is never automatically retried.
