Service terms

What the service provides

Rscout provides access to an available public creator catalogue, research tools, saved lists, campaign planning, assisted message drafts, email campaign controls and AI creative tools where enabled. Listed creators have not necessarily joined Rscout, agreed to receive a proposal or confirmed rates and availability. You negotiate creator agreements and payments directly. We do not guarantee creator responses, bookings, game visits, revenue, audience demographics or the accuracy of third-party information.

Your account and outreach

Keep your account secure and use contact information responsibly. Send accurate, relevant business proposals, respect opt-outs and follow applicable laws and platform rules. Do not impersonate creators, send deceptive messages or upload data you lack permission to use. You are responsible for reviewing AI drafts, recipients, offer terms and sender details. Rscout does not automatically send TikTok DMs. Opening a profile or copying a message does not send it.

Recipient opt-in and email availability

Do not use a public email address, contact unlock or sender review as permission for marketing. Rscout requires the recipient to verify their receiving email and separately opt in to Roblox game collaboration and sponsorship marketing from the named studio and sending mailbox. Signing in alone is not consent. Do not submit permission on someone else’s behalf or send unrequested emails asking for permission through Rscout.

Recipient permission is checked at approval, queueing and immediately before sending against the current studio, sender, purpose and policy. Changed details, withdrawal or suppression can block an approved or queued message. You remain responsible for accurate sender details, appropriate content and honoring stop requests. Recipient permission does not remove other applicable legal or platform obligations.

Campaign email must retain its visible unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. Recipients can also manage their recorded choices in Rscout. Permission and withdrawal records may be retained to document choices and prevent unwanted contact; see the privacy notice for the records involved.

Manage collaboration email choices

Gmail campaign sending, approval, queueing and self-test delivery are currently paused while recipient opt-in controls and Google review are completed. Draft creation and editing remain available. A subscription or recorded permission does not enable sending during this pause.

Plans and billing

Indie is $20/month, Growth is $79/month and Studio is $199/month, billed in US dollars. The selected price and monthly renewal are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage payment details and cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends. No automatic usage overages are charged. Creator payments, advertising spend and other third-party services are separate.

Each plan includes the allowances displayed in the workspace. The first reveal of a new email uses one contact unit. Previously unlocked emails stay available across renewals and repeated reveals do not use another unit. Unknown email-send outcomes count as attempts. Definite image-provider rejections return the thumbnail allowance; uncertain generation outcomes remain held for review. Mailbox pacing applies. AI message draft and rewrite requests share a separate per-plan billing-period allowance of 100, 300 or 1,000 requests; thumbnail generation has its own allowance of 10, 30 or 80 respectively. Rscout covers the included AI provider costs. A downgrade preserves records but can block new actions above the lower allowance.

AI-generated content

AI can make errors and may produce similar material for different users. Review generated messages and artwork before use, and ensure you have the rights needed for your final promotional materials. Generated artwork does not imply endorsement by Roblox or other platforms.

Support and billing problems

Contact ajstrong300@gmail.com for billing errors, refund requests or service problems. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain available. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an already paid period. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that apply under law.

Privacy and changes

Read the privacy notice for data handling and removal requests. Features and available third-party data may change. Material changes to paid plans should be communicated before they affect a renewal.
